Poor Italian Sausage - 07/11/03 - 8:15 PM EST

Couple interesting things to add today. As always, I continued my Half-Life rampage with the addition of a Vampire Slayer section. Vampire Slayer is a somewhat popular mod, mainly noted for being one of the few games that actually has vampire hunting. You play the role as either a Slayer or Vampire, very unique in my opinion.

Anyway, I also created a section called Packing Items. Contrary to Shipping Items, Packing Items goes into detail on how to make a cheap and efficient box. Also, it explains where you can get cardboard, and packing materials for boxes. I may start uploading some more NES/RPG Maker stuff soon. I've just been in a groove, that's all. I'm updating the Poll, Find of the Week, and other things tomorrow. Also, to coat your stomaches for the rest of the night, I added a hilarious CS screenshot I took from the map de_jeepathon2k. Here you can see two poor fellows in a mystically "broken down" jeep:

Turn n' Burn - 07/10/03 - 6:45 PM EST

Well, I started off by uploading a section on Counter-Strike. As many of you already know (or should know), CS is one of the most popular online games and mods for Half-Life. Any gamer should at least try this game before going back to their little pueblo. I also updated the links section with a few links. You can visit good sites like XenoSoftWarez or War of the Magi.

There's a new section under the Useful category called Shipping Items. A lot of people have no idea of how the Post Office works, so I decided to tell them about the different ways of sending things. It's useful if you want to sell things online, or learn which way is best for sending something. That's all for today's update. I've brewed up a little project with RM2K3 that I think might be interesting to some of you visitors. I'll upload a preview with screenshots in about a month or so.

Also, check out the Downloads section. I uploaded a "Freedom!" sound from the BattleGrounds mod that is absolutely hilarious! It's so horrid, but probably one of the best Freedom cries I've heard in quite some time.

10,000 Oh Yeah - 07/09/03 - 3:00 PM EST

Finally, the site has reached 10,000 hits, a milestone in the site's history. Not only does this motivate me to great heights, but you can expect more to come to this site in the future. Anyhow, I started off by adding another topsite (Lavaport). Hopefully, these rankings will bring in even more visitors from around the world. Also, I wrote a review on Battlegrounds, a Revolutionary War Mod for Half-Life. If you're looking for a great combination of melee and musket fighting, then this is your perfect game.

I also got to see the new, and overrated, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, at my local theatre. I don't see what makes the movie so great, and hopefully my review will shift some minds. Don't worry, there's no spoilers in the review to the movie. Also, I'm probably going to expand on my eBay experience with a few more tips and helpful hints. Also, expect a look-out topic on what items you should buy at yard sales/flea markets. Some things out there have tremendous value while appearing practically worthless.

Good to be Back - 07/05/03 - 11:00 AM EST

Yes, I didn't drown in a swimming pool. I'm still alive. I've just been distracted for the past few months. To start off, the RPG Maker 2000 download links DO NOT WORK. The website host wouldn't keep the files up since they were too big. There are other sites on the internet that do have the files, so try the following links:

- RPG Forever (RTP and Program)
- Dark Dominion (Version 1.07 only -- English)
- RPG Infinity (Version 1.06 and RTP -- English)

Remember, thank those people for the downloads they provide. I'll try my best to get my own files up on my own bandwidth, it's just going to take time to find a good server. Also, there is a new maker out there (although it really isn't new), it's the upgrade to RPG Maker 2000! RPG Maker 2003 came out recently, and thanks to RPG Infinity, I was able to test it out. It's very similar to RPG Maker 2000, except there's more upgrades and things you can do. I'll write a review and where to get it from soon. I updated the Links section, got rid of some outdated ones, changed som
