The Rally Monkey - 10/27/02 - 10:54 PM EST |
Well, I started off by updating the Rarity Guide section. Don't worry, it's going to be released. I added Half Life to the nav bar, and I uploaded the Tour of Duty section. I give a basic preview of what the mod is about, and then I give about thirty or so tips on how to get better at the game. Trust me, I play this game a lot. Also, if you ever want to start a clan, contact me. I've very good and I have screens to prove it. Eh, what can I say. I'm going to be working more on the site, but as of right now the rarity guide is my priority. Stay tuned. |

Super Pissed - 10/26/02 - 11:54 PM EST |
I have many reasons for being pissed today. I spent four hours yard saling and found absolutely nothing. Also, Madden 2000 made me go berserk and I almost ripped the game out of the Nintendo 64. Anyhow, I came up with a brilliant and very possible outcome of what the video game industry may come to. I wrote an article entitled, "Roms: The Wave of the Future", which basically talks about how roms could be a new way for gaming industries to prosper. I updated the Downloads section with a few more midis. This is just a bad update for today, that's all. It's imperative that I do a lot of work on the guide tomorrow, so I'll be hard at work guaranteed. Also, there's a 60% chance I'm going to add a Half-Life dedicated section to the website tomorrow. So please check it out. May the Angels be with you. |

I'm Kickin' Ass - 10/25/02 - 9:00 PM EST |
OK, I started off by updating the RPG Maker 2000 section. Apparently, Don Miguel moved his site (yet again), and I had to update the links. The Resources section was updated with more links. In my spare time, I updated the Cleaning/Repairing section with step-by-step pics now! Ooo la la. Very neat stuff. Yet again, no work was done on the rarity guide. I'm going to do most of the work if not finish the guide this weekend so I can touch up on some final things before releasing it. I made a quick update to the Interesting Auctions section. Oh, and I wrote up an article entitled, "ASVAB: The Military wants you", which basically talks about the army test in brief form. Also, I updated the Accessories section with the NES Satellite. Well, that's the 'big' update. My plans include adding a Food and Toys section to the Navbar. I'm just itching to write about Legos and other things. Hopefully, I can come close to finishing the guide tomorrow. Melt that steel and sauder away! |

Must Get Up - 10/24/02 - 11:54 PM EST |
Today was very tiresome. I was unable to get much done, including no work on the Rarity Guide. I can assure you it will be released Halloween, so don't get your hopes down like most gamers anticipating the release of a highly-sought after game. Anyhow, I updated the Interesting Auctions section with two more auctions. I'm very sorry for the small update. Tomorrow, I guarantee plenty of updates, including some of my own picture step-by-step tours I've always wanted to do. Pump the gas and fire away. |

Onward to Success - 10/23/02 - 10:55 PM EST |
Seeing that it was going to be another boring day, I decided to uploaded an Interesting Auctions section. Basically, I'm going to list links to auctions that are flat out funny. Eventually, I'll archive them so they'll be in the section forever after EBAY erases them. I did some progress on the rarity guide. Also, I changed the Weekly Poll and archived the past results. Once the guide is out, I'm going to refurbish some of my older NES sections since I noticed they need more content. I mean, that probably is the main reason you come to this site. Anyhow, I did decently alright on the military tests. I may write up an article on the subject in case you guys just happen to be bored. Peace out. |

Neat Things - 10/22/02 - 9:45 PM EST |
Well, I decided to add a Developmental section to the site where you can see neat little hardware-like devices made for the NES besides accessories. To start off, thanks to certain people, somebody made a full working NES computer. It's pretty neat, and it's the first thing I placed into the section. Also, did a small update on the rarity guide. It's about 2/3 done. Gotta get some sleep for those military tests, so more will be up tomorrow, at least a lot more. Let's move out! |

I failed - 10/21/02 - 8:25 PM EST |
Unfortuntely, I lost my championship today and I'm very disappointed. I updated the Ping Pong section on my status. Yesterday, I found a neat playset & old record player and updated the Find of the Week! Also, I updated the Memorabilia section with a small addition about Nintendo Scratch Cards. Unfortunately, I have ASMABs, which is a test administered by the army, and my updates will probably be minimal. I'll still update every single day, and don't forget about the rarity guide. |
| Fire Away - 10/20/02 - 10:00 PM EST | |
I got into a little debate with a friend, so I wrote up an article entitled, "Collecting Vs. Playing: The Epic Duel", which explains the difference between collecting and actually playing video games. Also, I added more websites to the links section. Updated a few sections under the Site category. I'm probably going to be doing a ton of work on the Rarity Guide in the following days. So expect the updates to be more about the Rarity guide until the release date. Also, if you're not in the Scene RPG, make sure you e-mail me to remind me so I don't forget. Anyhow, go with the flow. |

Such a Failure - 10/19/02 - 11:48 PM EST |
Well, I took the PSATs and I felt I did good. The great thing about taking the test again is that you already have a preview of what to expect. Anyhow, I found nothing at the yard sales today, so the find of the week can't be updated. I uploaded the NES Scene RPG section which is sort of like an overview of what the game will be. In spite of the lack of new sections, I did work a lot on the Rarity Guide today. In fact, I spent two hours straight marking more games, and I updated the progress. I will have the time to create more useful and helpful things so make sure to check the page out tomorrow. |

PSATs - 10/18/02 - 11:57 PM EST |
Out of all the weekends in each year, this weekend is going to be entirely ruined by my PSATs. The PSATs are sort of like a practice test for college that gives you a preview of basically what you'll get on the actual SATs. And unfortunately, I have to take them tomorrow. Thus, this is a small yet fruitful update. I created the Cincinatti Bengals section. It just has a few paragraphs on my opinion of one of the worst, yet favorite NFL teams. Also, I created a new Prices section under the NES category. It's going to contain my personalized prices for Nintendo items based upon the condition of the item. There's hardly anything on it, but I was stripped of time today. Tomorrow, everything will be revamped, maybe even a huge update. Wish me luck! |

Broken Tortilla - 10/17/02 - 11:00 PM EST |
I'm not sure why, or even how, but I believe the lunch ladies at my school hate me. Everytime they serve lunch to me, they give me one of those gritty looks. They must be plotting against me because I was the only person in the entire cafeteria with a broken tortilla shell. I wrote an article entitled, "The Conspiring Lunch Ladies", which basically sums up the entire situation and possible scenarios. In related news, I updated the EBAY Buyer's Tips with a new way of finding the value of items. Also, I did some work on the Rarity Guide, the progress has been updated. It was sort of a busy day, so hopefully tomorrow I'll have more time. |

Ping Pong Champion - 10/16/02 - 11:00 PM EST |
One of the little known facts about myself is that I'm a ping pong champion. In gym class today, I took on 10 straight opponents and defeated them all. In honor of this victory, I've decided to post the Ping Pong section. It just so happens to be one of my favorite sports that I'm good at. Also, I corrected a few mistakes in my information and I uploaded a 486 x 60 banner for my site in the links section. Unfortunately, I didn't get any progress done on the rarity guide, but I'm sure more will be done tomorrow. Well, you know what to do, keep on with the fighting spirit. At least it stopped raining, until then, see ya tomorrow. |

Yesterday's update sucked, so I'm getting veagence for it. I updated the Rarity Guide section on the progress done today. Also, I wrote up a review on Tecmo Bowl. It's one of my favorite football games (aside from Madden of course). I uploaded an article entitled, "Why we need more Co-Operative Games", which basically talks about why we should have more of these teamwork games and how they should be a standard in all games. The weekly poll results have been archived. A majority of the voters said they wouldn't die for their country, oh my. Anyhow, the new poll is up. Yup, well that's the big update. I hope you enjoy it. Based on the future, I may be adding a cooking category to the site navbar, along with some other things. Don't worry, the forums will be up this Halloween, so make sure you register for them. Hasta luego. |
| Co-Op Rules - 10/14/02 - 11:58 PM EST | |
I was unable to get much done today. I went over a friend's house and we played Contra and various games. Pretty fun stuff, so I don't have much to update with. In fact, I have nothing to update today with except for a few notable things. Due to a request, I am going to add a special Accessory Rarity section to the new updated guide. While it's accuracy may be somewhat limited, it will have rarity ratings for EVERY accessory out there. Please note that this does not include pirated accessories. I'm hoping this will be a great addition to the guide to make it even more appealing. Also, I'm looking for a clan to join for Tour of Duty, so if you own a clan and are looking for an excellent riflemen, here I am. Here's just a few more sample scores to brag about: 2nd Score, 3rd Score |

Tour of Duty - 10/13/02 - 11:55 PM EST |

To start off, I'm kind of doing this update late considering my lack of options. I wrote an article entitled, "A Tribute to Duke Nukem", which explains why we should show more respect to this revolution to the mature gaming industry. He was the first character to actually inspire the mature gaming genre, in my opinion. Also, I added two more accessories. Obviously, my time was lessened today but I'm sure that'll change soon. Progression is working fine on the updated rarity guide, and I'm pressing for the Halloween release date. Also, I'm going to create the forums on Halloween exactly when the rarity guide is released so you can leave your feedback and suggestions. Oh, by the way, here's a little screenshot to brag about my Tour of Duty scores: My Score |

Bad Luck Annihilated - 10/12/02 - 10:00 PM EST |
Well, I can officially say my bad luck streak has ended. Early this morning, I went to a yard sale and found a lot of SNES/NES/GB games and a super scope for $40. Not only does everything work, but there is a good mix of action, sports, and adventure. Because of this find, I've decided to make a find of the week which will be located in the right toolbar. Everytime I find a great deal or item, you'll see a preview and brief description. Then, you can click on the find to see what I got, the price, and my opinion of it. This way, you can get an idea of what certain things have exceptional value or no value at all. I'm sorry I couldn't do much more today, and the sole reason is because of the excellent deal I got. I guarantee plenty of information tomorrow. |

Busy Day - 10/11/02 - 9:00 PM EST |
I spent most of the day in a busy manner. I really didn't have the time to get many things done, so please forgive me. Anyhow, I created the Web Design section which is also located under the Useful Things. I'll probably be expanding on this section in the future for some of you web gurus who want to become advanced in the field of web design. I also wrote an article entitled, "Madden - The Greatest Sports Series Ever", which explains how and why Madden rivals almost every sports series ever made. How often is it that you find a game that could satisfy every gaming need possible? Madden was one of the few games, and one of the only sports games to do so during its reign. I'll come up with more stuff for tomorrow's update, uh oh, Monk is almost on. |

A Broken Belt - 10/10/02 - 7:45 PM EST |
This is totally crazy. A belt I was wearing today just broke for no apparent reason. Is it just me, or am I on a horrible streak of bad luck? I may have to go search for some four-leaf clovers to gain some luck back. Anyhow, I created the Making Money section under Useful Things. I explained one of my primary methods of making cash that many people don't know about. I'd recommend you read it just to get an idea of what I mean. I also noticed a few broken images in sections. I fixed them up, added a few more downloads, and I'm announcing that I am currently working on a RPG for RPGM2K. It's going to be called the NES Scene RPG. It's a spoof about all the local NES sceners and pretty much everyone will be in there. Hopefully, my bad luck will rid itself from me. Until then, have a good day. |

Bad Luck - 10/09/02 - 8:45 PM EST |
Out of all the people in the world, my luck has been cursed. For approximately two straight Chemistry labs in a row, I have totally screwed them up. Just as I promised, I created an Accessories section with a few mainstream ones we all know about. I'll be adding more third-party ones and "oddities" soon enough. And I decided to write an article about paying through ebay. The risks, rewards, and pretty much my opinion on what the best method is. |
| Some NES Info - 10/08/02 - 8:00 PM EST | |
Let me start off, I created the Rarity Guide section. It's just a preview of what's to come. I also wrote up a brief article entitled, "Great Deals! Only if you're lucky...", it basically explains that luck is the major factor in determining whether or not you get good deals. I'm probably going to upload an Accessories section. I'll write an article, but it will be much more detailed. And obviously, I'll continue work on the Rarity Guide. Until then, sink the sailboat. |
